Visiting The Original Corn Palace in Mitchell, South Dakota






Mitchell is the home of







It's a large event venue.  Due to Covid, the Event Calendar is sparse.






The murals that decorate the
exterior are made of Corn,
Grains & Native Grasses.






The murals on the front are Crazy Horse and the Replica of the Corn Palace.

The murals on the side of the building are: Bull Rider; Lady on the Prairie; The George McGovern Presidential Campaign Button; Sturgis Rally Motorcycle;  An ATV Rider; A Golfer; and the 100 Years Mural- a Tent in the Black Hills.

green lawn.










Eric & I visit the Gift Shop
across the street to Stalk Up
on Corny Gifts.

next to the Gift Shop.







Eric and I return to Interstate 90 and continue our drive toward Oacomahttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oacoma,_South_Dakota.
