Eric bought wooden broom
handles & added nails on
the broom end to make
Trash Pickup Tools.
On our morning walk along Plomosa Road, Eric and I picked up trash...
We filled two heavy duty
grocery bags on our one
and a half mile walk.
That's an interesting
collection....
The heaviest pieces of trash
were two metal brake shoes.
The strangest item is on
the bottom left, a rusty
Brillo Pad.
The Happy Birthday wrapping
paper is a colorful addition.
Picking up trash and taking it to the County Transfer Station is the "price" we pay for camping free on Federal Lands.
