Things were quiet at 1:30 pm.  Eric and I must have missed the Lunch Rush.

The Bar

The Beer Towers wrap around to the opposite side of the Bar. 

While I struggle to find something 

interesting, Eric selects two perfect
beers:

Unibroe Terrible & De Brabandere's
Petrus Nitro Quad.  

Both are malty and sweet, reminding us of Mad Elf.  There are serious alcohol levels and in these 12 ounce goblets of beer, 9.5 percent and 9.0 percent Alcohol By Volume.  (Coors Beer is 5 percent ABV for 11.2 ounces.)  We must nosh.

Today is a day of indecision....  I ask the bartender to tell me about the Chicken Tortilla Soup.  He excused himself and returned with a sample.  I was amazed!

Seriously tasty....  And we are introduced to a new pasta, Campanelle.  It looks like half a Lasagne noodle rolled up to make a horn.
