We left Tucumcari, & the

1950s for Interstate

40 West.

We pass through rolling

terrain interrupted

 by mesas.

I admire the decorations
on the highway overpass.

The bridge abutment is

decorated too.

Eric & I speculate on what
this cargo is.

Latigo Wasatch Wind.

This may a windmill's

 turbine.

This section of Interstate 40 is also Route 66.

Sign, sign, everywhere
a sign...

The Clines Corners signs
remind me of South
of the Border signs.

Clines Corners is just

off the highway.

Clines Corners has benefited
from Route 66 & Interstate 40.

Mountain Resort, using it as our 

home base while Eric & I

explore Albuquerque.
