Drinks & A Cheese Plate at the Ryder Cup Lounge in the Carolina Hotel

Eric & I are stopping for a drink
at the Ryder Cup Lounge.

Maybe we'll get a light
snack too.

The Bar

Eric ordered a Black Mamba Oatmeal Stout brewed by Aviator Brewing Company and I enjoyed a La Terre Cabernet Sauvignon.  We decided to order a Cheese Plate.

Swiss Cheese, Pistachio Butter,
Bleu Cheese, Pickled Mustard
Seeds, Local Honey &
Goat Cheese

Eric and I had a leisurely snack and as we watched golfers come in and recount their golf games.  It was a lovely way to while away the afternoon.
