I picked up a copy of The Villager when we arrived at Allegany Mountain Resort.  The Third Annual Rockin' RibFest in Salamanca is this weekend.  Let's go sample some ribs and pulled pork.

We tried the ribs at My Happy Place, Sgt. Oink's BBQ and Smokin' Joe's Hog Wild BBQ. For us, Sgt. Oink's BBQ cooked the stand out pork rib at Rockin' RibFest.  We cast our votes before we heading back to Allegany Mountain Resort.
