The Visitor Center in Dawson Creek, British Columbia

The Dawson Creek Visitor Center was closed for the Long May Weekend when we visited Dawson Creek at the start of our drive along the Alaska Highway.

The plantings along the
walkway are lovely.

I spent time admiring the
Guest Book stand.

Here they are!

The brochures I needed at
the start of our trip
north to Alaska.

Our Milepost Guide and the OverNightRVParking.com database were very helpful  I didn't feel we were unprepared at the start of our drive north.

Shop for souvenirs.

Pay a few dollars & tour
the museum.

Canadian animals

Canadian Birds

A Mastodon tusk

Pioneer clothing &
weapons

The film on the building
of the Alaska Highway
is very informative.
