A Rainy Drive to Homer, Alaska

It seems we get rain every
day on the Kenai Peninsula.

This purple cabin is
a stand out.

This area looks like it's
 been burnt.

A local told us of an insect
infestation a few years
ago that killed off trees.

Two bicyclists with heavily
laden side bags.

We are twenty miles
from Homer

A Bumble Bee tank.

Following road equipment.

The oncoming fifth wheel kicked up a stone that put a chip in the driver's side of the windshield.  Homer is a good size community.  There will be glass repair services there.

Homer is the Halibut Fishing
Capital of the World.

This is a  tsunami
