I Made Bannock For the First Time

Eric found a bannock recipe and I made my first one in our cast iron frying pan.

Here it is.

It's very dense.

Eric sneaks up on it.

He likes it!









The next time I make bannock, I'll bake it so that it will be more evenly browned.
