An Indian Taco for Lunch

We asked Beth of Too Crazy Ladies for lunch recommendations.








She suggested we try an
Indian Taco.

Eric ordered a taco for us

to share & I chose a table.

I like the military flags
that decorate the
food tent.

And of course, an

American flag.

The taco is constructed on top
of fried corn dough.

The "sauce" is re-fried beans,
topped with shredded beef,
veggies,cheese, & a black olive.
Sour cream is drizzled on the taco
& there is salsa on the side.
