The Lincoln Highway (I-80) in Wyoming

The Lincoln Highway is the first transcontinental highway.  Construction started in 1912.






Two season area:
The rest of the year & winter





Where are the bandits?





Giants should pick up
their toys before going
to bed.





And it's windy here too.





The only statue of  Abraham Lincoln
along the Lincoln Highway.




The Rest Area has a very
nice display on Wyoming,
its history and wildlife.





The rock dragon will rise.





Finally, a clear pic
of a windmill farm.




Oil Derrick
They're popping up
in the Cheyenne area.
