connecting military
with their families.
Wyoming Territorial leadership was forward thinking when it came to establishing a State Capitol. The Territorial Governor petitioned to start a building before statehood was established. The cornerstone was laid in 1886 and construction finished in 1890, the year Wyoming was admitted to statehood.
Again, this Capitol reminds me
of the Capitol in Washington, DC.
