Parked at Cascade Meadow RV Resort for Four Days

Our appointment for solar panel installation at  AM Solar in Springfield, OR is next Tuesday.  Eric did extensive research on solar panel installation on motor homes.  AM Solar is very highly rated in this specialty area.  Eric and Deb have worked for months to create the list of items needed and reviewed the parts needed for our installation.

It's great to be in Oregon early.  We are a family that values promptness.  Being early for an important appointment is important to us.  Having covered a lot of ground in 8 days, we are enjoying some time sitting quietly.  Our first campground in the La Pine area  is Cascade Meadow.  It's great to get up and enjoy a leisurely breakfast.

My childhood fav for breakfast: Crumbled up graham crackers with milk.

Gomtuu was bouncing off the inside of the door, so I took him outside to tour the campground.

 Gomtuu is very angry that the swimming pool is closed.

Eric is filing paperwork and I'm reading Travels with Charley: in Search of America by John Steinbeck.   I emailed Amy from Bethlehem Public Library to discuss the book with her.  I'm on page 35 and am enjoying this  master writer.  There's much do discuss and I'm only on page 35.

It's hot dogs and salad for lunch and then off for a drive.
