J.T. Bros Handcrafted Sandwiches in Yuma, Arizona

Everyone raves about the food at T.J. Bros Handcrafted Sandwiches.  This is one of Chef Alex Trujillo's Yuma restaurants.  

It's time to find out 

for ourselves.

Eric & I arrived between

breakfast & lunch.

The kitchen is quiet, for now.

Kitschy...

Eric's Cuba Libre is made with

Shredded Pork, Jack Cheese,

Pickles, Mustard, Garbanzo

Spread on a French Baguette.

He loves it!

I chose the Vallarta Special: 

Short Rib Torta made with

Crispy Pork Belly, Avocado,

Pickled Red Onions, Jalapenos,

Lettuce, Tomato, Chipolte

Mayo & Queso Fresco

The Vallarta Special is delicious, but I prefer the Cuba Libre.

Eric & I shared his 

Coconut Vegetable Curry.

It's creamy & spicy with

lots of veggies, a delightful

blend of flavors.

The locals are right... J.T. Brothers Handcrafted Sandwiches are amazing!

Our next meal out will be next door at J.T. Prime Kitchen and Cocktails.  I look forward to trying Chef Alex's Dinner Menu.
