Driving Southeast to Harvey Louisiana

Eric and I are driving to Harvey, South of New Orleans and will cross the Mississippi River.  

Eric & I drive southeast on

 Louisiana State Highway 1

past the Port of Greater

Baton Rouge.

The Horace Wilkinson Bridge

connects Port Allen & Baton

Rouge.

Tanker ships on the Mississippi

River

Driving Interstate 10 East 

toward New Orleans.

The Gonzales

Water Tower

The New Orleans skyline &

the Caesars Superdome.

The New Orleans Saints play their home games there.

The eastbound Crescent City

Connection Bridge takes

south to Harvey.

Off in the distance, the Mississippi

River bends to the right.

Here's our exit.

A few turns later, Eric parks along the edge of the Walmart Supercenter.
