Eric ordered the Chinois Chicken

Salad made with Napa Cabbage,

Radicchio Slaw, Julienne Chicken

Breast, Candied Cashews, Crispy

 Wontons, Sesame Ginger Dressing

& Cilantro.

I chose the Crispy Grain Bowl 

made with Heirloom Carrots,

Seasonal Vegetables &

Cashew Cream.

Our lunch choices are amazing!  We agree to return to Cafe Modern for lunch when we tour the Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame.
