Eric and I met Gina Scruggs, the owner, on the street & told her how much we like the seating & water bowls that she provides for local dogs.

The mural was painted in April when Gina's business was closed because of Covid Restrictions.

Gina Scruggs told Eric and me that downtown Jasper is seeing a rebirth after years of decaying, empty storefronts.  The community's efforts are appreciated.
