Casa de Shenandoah.

Wayne Newton was a teenage pop star in the 1960s.  He will always be remembered for Danke Shoen.   Newton performed regularly in Las Vegas in the 1970s and1980s.

He purchased this land in 1966 and started building Casa de Shenandoah.  Fortunes ride high and then slide in Las Vegas.  In 2013 Wayne Newton sold his estate as part of bankruptcy reorganization.

The property was a public attraction until 2018.

Public records show that Casa De Shenandoah was sold in July 2019 for $5.56 million.
