Installing SnapPads on Our Hydraulic Jacks

Eric bought SnapPads to protect
the base of our Hydraulic Jacks.

An added bonus is the extra one
inch they add for leveling &
stabilizing our motorhome.

Dish soap makes it easier to install the SnapPads.

It is applied along the rim
of the pad so the pad will slip
on easier.

The Jack is lowered....

The pad is lined up
beneath the Jack.

Closer....

The jack is fully extended.

The slippery dish soap makes seating the jack's foot into the beveled edge of the SnapPad
easier.

Occasionally a campground or parking area will require pads under the jacks to protect the parking surface. With these pads we can comply without placing our regular pads under the jacks. This along with the extra inch of leveling capability AND the jack foot protection makes these SnapPads a good addition.

NOW we will see if they stay on over bumpy roads as advertised or will we lose one along the way..... Only time will tell.
