Today's Drive to Batesville in Eastern Indiana

Eric & I start today's drive
on Interstate 64 East.

This is farm country.

Interstate 57 North has a
Maximum Speed Limit
of 70 & a minimum of
45 miles per hour.

Eric pulls into a Rest Stop.

I take the steering wheel and Eric hangs out with the camera.

Eric's trademark photo of
his feet includes America's
largest Cross.

Water Tower

Next up... Interstate 70 East

Welcome to Indiana

home state

Welcome to Brazil

& Welcome to Cloverdale, IN

This silver car has been
pulled over by an
unmarked vehicle.

It's assumed that the person in the unmarked car is a Police Officer.  This article in CNN encourages me to be cautious if I were ever pulled over by a car without Police markings.
A man in Florida was pretending to be a deputy when he pulled a car over on a Florida roadway.  He pulled over an Undercover Police Detective.  The Detective called 911 and provided information on the car that pulled him over. The "fake deputy" was arrested
for his deceptive actions.

Indianapolis is to the east.

Eric & I are taking Interstate
465 around the city.

We stop at Flying J Travel
Center for...

.... Propane & Diesel Fuel.

We use our Pilot/Flying J RV Plus Card to receive discounts on LP and Fuel.

This unlabeled Water Tower
looks like an alien Squid
Creature.

Another highway...
Interstate 74 East

Piles of lumber wait to be
placed on trucks for
delivery.

The Batesville sign is
next to an overpass.

Eric & I take Exit 146 to

The frontage road is Indiana
State Road 46.

We arrive at Indian Lakes

Eric & I are taking a few days
off from driving to do some
chores....

Housework, Laundry & a few
Home Repairs.
