Pine Springs Campground & Visitors Center Guadalupe Mtns National Park

Eric & I parked in the only
campsite left for large RVs.

There are no hookups
available.

There are 19 spots for RVs in Pine Springs Campground.  Twenty sites have been set aside for tenters.

Campers Register & pay for
their camping here.

This photo shows off the mountains
near the campground.

The Pine Springs Trailhead
leads to six different
destinations.

Many trails involve steep climbs and scrambling over boulders.

My favorite trailer in this
campground.

I decided to walk to the
Visitors Center.

Yellow flowers burst
out of the rocky soil.

This Mountain Mahogany has
the tiniest white flowers making
up "flower balls."

The large parking lot at the
Visitors Center has room
for RVs to park during
the day.

Overnight parking here is
not allowed.

Center walkway

An Ice Machine is a welcomed
amenity at this remote
National Park.

The Visitors Center is large,
with many displays, a
theater & a well stocked
Gift Shop.
