Relocating to Fortuna de Oro in Fortuna Hills, Arizona

Eric & I are staying at
Fortuna de Oro RV Park
free for three nights.

Cal-Am was promoting their Yuma properties: Fortuna del Oro RV Resort and Sundance RV Resort with coupons for free camping.

Cal-Am staff recommended
Fortuno de Oro RV Resort
because Sundance has
smaller campsites.

This 55 + Resort offers RVers stays from a few nights to an entire season. Park Model RVs are available for purchase.

The North Hall is the hub of
this 1,200 + site RV Resort.

The website lists classes,
Events & Concerts.

The building hs a large Recreation Hall, Kitchen, Fitness Room, Card Room, Crafts Room, and a small Laundry Room.

Next to North Hall is
the Swimming Pool.

Poolside Cabanas are prized
at this Arizona RV Park.

A small bar opens for
Park Events.

The strange upright over
the tables to the left is a
crank out sun shade.

The large grill is available
for Cook Outs.

Fortuna de Oro RV Park has
a Bar & Grill, Pro Shop
& Golf Course.

The Bar & Grill has a kitchen
with a simple menu.

Here's the bar.

I didn't take photos of
fellow RVs eating
their lunch.

The Pro Shop & 9 Hole
Golf Course are below...

9 Holes of Golf costs $13.00.

18 Holes of Golf costs $16.00.

The Sports Complex has
Pickleball Courts.

Tennis Courts

Shuffleboard Courts

Horseshoe Pits

Bocce Ball Courts

A large Concession Stand

Pavilions with seating & a
Grill for Cook Outs

Pull Through Campsites are
in a parking lot.

The Dog Park

The Activities Building has a
Game Room, Multi-purpose
Room & Activities Office.

The Large Laundry Room is
in the eastern corner of the
sprawling RV Park.

Eric & I are parked at Site 817,
across from the Pickleball
Courts.

We have 50 Amp Electric Service, water and sewer hookups.  Voltage is good here.  I think everyone at Fortuna de Oro with satellite TV an open sky for TV reception.

After setting up our campsite, it's time for lunch.  Wednesday Martinis will follow.
