Northwest to Crossville, Tennessee

Our chassis checkup at the Freightliner Factory Service Center went well.  The fluids were changed and the wheel bearings were lubed.  Eric and I feel confident as we leave Gaffney for the next leg of our journey.

Interstate 85 South.

Exit 72 takes us to

 US Route 176 North.

We stop for Diesel fuel at
a RaceWay Gas station.

$2.89 per gallon is a
great price.

Today's trip takes onto

Interstate 26 West to...

... North Carolina.

It looks like there's a mountain

of clouds ahead.

The rest of today's drive
is along Interstate 40/
US Route 74 West.
