Walking Around Midtown Manhattan

This beautiful doorway is an
entrance to the Westside

Eric & I stop to wonder about
the Ethical Culture School.

What is it?  What are the ages of its students?  Is it still a school?

This is one of four locations for Ethical Culture Fieldstone School that educates children from Kindergarten through the 12th grade.  This private independent prep schools are part of the Ivy League Preparatory School League.

It's the Alice Tully Hall Box
Office at Lincoln Center.

Columbus Avenue.

The entrance to the American
Folk Art Museum is under
sidewalk scaffolding.

Eric & I admire this
older building....

.... & the ornamentation
on this building.

Queen Anne towers.

We admire the terraces
on this building.

Bloomingdale's Outlet
is on the first floor.

The next tall building looks
like a Parisian hotel.

There are many businesses listed here:  OvRide UWS, The North Face, TD Bank and others....

I admire the opulent entrance
on this older building.

The Flatiron Building on
5th Avenue is historic,
distinctive.

Stately older homes

The Metropolitan Museum
of Art is amazing!

Eric & I remember bringing
our children, Adam &
Diane here in the 1990s.

Artwork for sale in the
shadow of The Met.

Eric and I have worked up an appetite....  It's time for lunch at Tavern on the Green.
