Captain Kirk, AKA William Shatner Visits Ticonderoga, New York

Ticonderoga, New York welcomed William Shatner, aka Captain James T. Kirk, and Star Trek fans for an event-packed weekend on May 4th and 5th.  Fans paid from $85.00 to $1,500.00 to tour the Star Trek Original Set, see the Captain, get an autograph and go behind the scenes for exclusive programs....

I purchased a Shore Leave Ticket last October for our son, Adam, to visit the Star Trek Set, get and Autograph and hear William Shatner speak.

Vendors were setting up

outside the building.

Every time he turned around,
another line was forming...

This lovely young lady built

her Communicator costume.

This gentleman traveled 

from London, England to

meet William Shatner,

tour the Set & hear

him speak..   

After signing autographs at

the Set, William Shatner

was driven to Ticonderoga

High School.

He gave a brief talk & took
questions from the audience.






Adam gave Eric and me a thorough report.  His birthday gift was a YUGE hit!
