Lunch @ Church's Chicken in Harlingen, Texas

Eric and I continue our quest to eat at every place on QSR's List of 50 Largest Restaurants by Sales.

Today we are eating

Chicken.

Our Chicken Lunches 
include Cole Slaw,
Mashed Potatoes &
Gravy with Honey
Butter-Biscuits.












The Chicken has a crisp coating.  It is moist and tender.  Eric and I agreed that the Coleslaw is very good.  The Mashed Potatoes were tasty and the Honey Butter-Biscuits are great!

We agree that we prefer KFC's batter recipe to Church's.  It's the spices.
