I scoured Illium Cafe's website and found no mention of Chef Marla's accomplishment. I'm glad that everyone else is bragging while she prepares delicious meals.

Brown's has been serving
craft beers here since 1993.
We sample Krush Kolsch &
Mosaic Pale Ale beers.
I liked both beers and would love to return to try Brown's other brews.

These are not your average doughnuts. They are made with potatoes and King Arthur Whole Wheat Flour.
The Orange Cardamon Doughnut
I chose was lightly flavored,
chewy & dense.
Owner, Jessie Cramer, supplies Whole Foods in Colonie Center with her unique doughnuts. I do recommend trying some, as these doughnuts are in a class by themselves.
We thank Amy for the tour before heading off to the Farmers Market....
