Visiting the Florida SKP Resort in Wauchula, Florida

Eric and I are Escapee RV Club members.  We have attended rallies, gone to educational seminars and use their mail forwarding service.  There are other benefits, including RVer advocacy, the camping guide and Escapees magazine.

As we travel across the country, we visit Escapee RV Parks.   Eric and I want to know what each park offers to those who purchase memberships.






Today we are visiting
Florida SKP Resort
in Wauchula.






Escapee members are allowed to purchase a membership at this resort, pay an annual maintenance fee and work around the property, as needed.

The Club House has large &

small group spaces, a kitchen,

library, & laundry facilities.

Many lots have
park models.







Florida SKP Resort, like the other seventeen Escapee Parks have room for Escapee members who are passing through to dry camp at discount prices.

Eric and I visited around 10:00 am.  The RV Resort was quiet....

Although Eric and I are not ready to commit to a longterm RV community, we carefully review the layout, facilities and services of Escapee RV parks we visit.  Someday we will need to make a decision about where to spend months at a time, we will have lots of information to consider.
