A Stop at the Ocotillo Lodge in Bouse, Arizona

Sheriff Arpaio houses Maricopa County prisoners in tents.  They are forced to wear pink underwear during incarceration.  The Sheriff is proud of his "America's Toughest Sheriff" reputation.
