Walking Around Lake Mills, Iowa





Lake Mills is about
16 miles northeast
of Forest City.

The Joice Building, built
 in 1900, reminds me of
 a large building in






It's about the same size; made of similar bricks with the same steep roofed turret with finials and the same entrance.  The building in Forest City has blue tiled turret roof; arched brickwork above the second floor windows and much simpler windows on the
first floor.
