Our First Date Anniversary (40 Years) at Intermission in Lanesboro, Minnesota

Eric and I went out on our first date on July 11, 1975.  Each year we celebrate the first day of our life together.

We will be dining
in Lanesboro.

Our server, Nathaniel, answered our questions about the menu.  He recommended a visit nearby Niagara Cave.

Eric's dinner was a Grilled 

New York Strip Steak with

Garlic Mashed Potatoes & 

Sauteed Fresh Vegetables.

My dinner was the Grilled Salmon

with  Caper Dill Sauce, Wild

Rice & Sauteed Fresh Vegetables.

Eric and I enjoyed our leisurely dinner, filled with reminiscing and laughter.  We were comfortably full and skipped dessert.
