Visiting the Vietnam Traveling Memorial Wall in the Town of Lockport, New York

Fellow Escapees RV member, Jim, told RV Rally participants at Southwoods RV Resort that the Vietnam Traveling Memorial Wall is being displayed in the Town of Lockport this week.  Eric and I must stop there to visit the memorial.

The U.S. flag mounted on a
camouflaged crane alerts
passersby to the special event.

Eric and I visited the Vietnam War Memorial in Washington, D.C. in April, 2015.

I have the same experience here
that I had in Washington, D.C.

Visiting the wall is a solemn experience.

People stand silently & read
the names of those who
fought & gave their lives
during the Vietnam War.

We need always, to remember the costs of war.
