Lunch at The Barley House in Concord, New Hampshire

When Eric and I travel, we want to eat where the locals eat.  We rely on recommendations from locals for great dining experiences.  Today, I asked Representative Joe Hannon at the New Hampshire State House about his favorite lunch spot in Concord.

At the top of Joe's list is
 the street from the
State House.

This restaurant is a popular lunch and dinner spot for state officials.  The banquet room holds about 120 people and is a frequent stop for presidential candidates.

Sauce, Jack Cheese & Jalapeno
Peppers; with French Fries &
a Dill Pickle.

Diane selected The California
Turkey Melt with Pickled Onions,
Monterrey Jack Cheese on Butter
Grilled Sourdough Bread; with
French Fries.

My lunch is Korean BBQ
A Beef Patty, Soy BBQ Sauce,
Pickled Cucumber & Carrots,
Spicy Lime Mayo on a
Sesame Seed Bun with

Representative Joe Hannon gave me a great recommendation for lunch.  Eric, Diane and I enjoyed our delicious lunches at a political meet and greet spot in Concord.
