Walking Around Tipton, Iowa








The former City National Bank
was built in 1924.

It is listed on the National






The roof line & cornice
are eye catching.

The middle windows are
different from the other
windows on each floor.

are very engaging.

The eaves on the second
floor are wider at the ends.






The extra detail work on
the soffits beneath the eaves
drew my eye to this house.


Tipton is a pleasant, pedestrian-friendly town.   Eric and I came here for breakfast at the Tipton Family Restaurant, attended the Cedar County Health and Safety Fair and enjoyed exploring downtown.
