the notorious prison  in Louisiana.

be seen for miles around.

The Bait Barn keeps avid

fishermen/women in bait,

tackle & ice.

We arrive at Erie Islands 

Resort & Marina.

Eric and I are staying here for a week.  Part of our drive east to Rotterdam, New York  involves slowing the pace of our travel.  We are shifting gears from months of driving nearly every day to week long stops at membership campgrounds with no fees for our stays.
