Our Drive Into San Francisco, California

San Francisco is a large city
with lots of commuters.

We left Duncans Mills at 5:45 am
to get into the city early.

The sky starts to brighten,
ever so much.

help us stay in our lane.

Sunrise

We hit heavy
commuter traffic.

Commute times
are listed.

Eric moves into the
Carpool Lane.

Our first sighing
of the Golden
Gate Bridge.

Completed in May, 1937, the Golden Gate Bridge connects Marin County to the City of San Francisco. For many years it was the longest suspension bridge in the world.   It is listed as one of the Seven Wonders of the Modern World.

Eric takes the
 Fort Baker exit.

This is a great spot to take
pictures of the bridge.

We cross the
Golden Gate Bridge.

Eric has our first stop
programmed into
the GPS.
