Quartzsite Public Library

The Quartzsite Public
Library is located in the
town's Municipal Center.

I entered the building to find the town's meeting room, walk past the Clerk's Office and the window where residents pay their utility bills.

DVDs, & books on
tape, CD

Paper back books
& computers

This spacious library serves 3,600 town residents.

Non Fiction

includes a separate section
for foreign languages

Local history books &
a table for research

Eric and I are visiting local attractions and I'm finding information on some of them on the internet.  Billie located Quartzsite, Arizona No Ordinary Place: A Mini-History by Leland Feitz and In the Shadow of Saguaros: A Collection of Historical Stories from Southwestern Arizona as told by Rosalee Oldham Wheeler and Others for me to browse.  I now have information to share in future posts.

The Children's Room

includes comfortable
seating & LOTS of books

The Quartzsite Public Library is open Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.  It is closed on weekends and holidays.  The library is open when the Town Offices are open
for business.
