Is that a blimp? I don't think so....






After we turn onto pavement,
 we see a "blimp" in the sky.

There's no writing on the side.









This is familiar....








There's the docking port.






We saw one of these Tethered Areostat Radar sites in West Texas.  The weather was bad and it was docked.  This is what it looks like when Tethered Aerostat Radar is deployed.

This tethered radar is used for drug interdiction and by U.S. Border Control to track illegal aliens entering the country, to intercept them and deport them.
