Leaf Peeping Along I-88 in New York State

In upstate New York,
many people drive to the
  Adirondack Mountains or
Vermont for fall leaf viewing.

Eric & I find the stretch of
I-88 from Rotterdam to
Oneonta great for leaf peeping.

Even on an overcast day,
the colors are vibrant.

Most of the trees in this
area are hardwoods.

We missed out on leaf peeping
 in this area last year...

We were in western Oregon.

This is a bonus as we drive
southwest towards Pennsylvania.
