Pelee Island Winery in Kingsville, Ontario

The Lake Erie section of Ontario has a temperate climate.  Wineries are abundant here.

Eric & I visited Pelee Island
Winery in Kingsville, Ontario.

The Peach Hibiscus
caught my eye...

The grape arbor
in front of the winery

There are bunches of
grapes on the arbor.

Casey guided us
through Pelee Island
Winery's extensive
list of wines.

All the grapes for Pelle Island Wines are grown on Pelee Island.  Casey told us that the climate is most temperate there, providing a great conditions for growing grapes.

The Wine Store is busy....

Eric & I are pleased
with our selections.

Tee shirts, anyone?

Pelee Island Winery and others are listed on the Essex Pelee Island Coast Wine Country Route.  From what I saw when we visited, the Wine Route is very popular with locals and visitors.
