Eric relies on the GPS to
find more roads to
Lake Huron's southern shore.
The road changes from
all dirt to two sandy ruts.
The trees & brush creeps
up on the road.
Soon there's just two
tracts of beaten grass
The road becomes too narrow
& Eric remembers the off-roading
quote" "Four wheel drive takes
you farther into the worst
terrain before you call for help."
We traveled through
this huge puddle....
From two sandy ruts to
the welcoming sandy road.
As we returned to the pavement, Eric turned to me and said, "It's time to visit Forest. It's a lovely little town."
