Sainte Euphemie Church in Casselman, Ontario

The first Sainte Euphemie Church
was built in 1886.

In 1897, the entire village of Casselman,
including the church, was destroyed by fire.

Sainte Euphemie was rebuilt
& is the religious center
of Casselman.

The organ at the
back of the church.

My great great uncle, Olivier Quenneville, provided space for mass at his General Store before the first church was built.  I appreciate being able to take pictures inside the church.
