Free Overnight Parking at Walmart, NOT!

Eric and I are staying the night in the Walmart Supercenter parking lot in Austin, Minnesota.

No fee is ever charged to camp along the edge of the parking lot.  Today Eric and I spent $84.00 and change for groceries and a few non grocery items.

 A sample of our groceries.
Eric makes sure we
eat healthfully.

A new green bath towel.

Eric needed windshield
washer fluid.
I needed
fabric softener.

As we were leaving the store, we looked to our right and saw there's a separate store with entrance for wine and liquor.  Off Eric went to restock our bar.  Another $45.00 spent on adult beverages.

We are trying Oak Leaf
box wines.... I hope we like them.

We needed vodka for
mixed drinks.

So, today Eric and I spent $129.00, roughly, to spend one night of
"free camping" at The Walmart.

  2. Hi Katie;

    We are eating healthy, and moderately. Because we are traveling, we eat in the motorhome for most meals.
